DETROIT (AP) _ Brendan Shanahan scored two power-play goals, and Luc
Robitaille and Mathieu Dandenault each had one as the Detroit Red
Wings hung on to beat the Anaheim Mighty Ducks 5-3 Wednesday night.
Trailing 4-1, Anaheim rallied in the third period on goals by Oleg
Tverdovsky and Marc Chouinard and had another nullified by a whistle.
The Mighty Ducks are 0-8-1 in their last nine games in Detroit.
Tverdovsky scored at 5:48 of the third, beating Detroit goaltender
Dominik Hasek from the right circle. Chouinard scored on a rebound
from a scrum in front of the Detroit net with 3:57 left.
