(Daily Kent Stater) (U-WIRE) KENT, Ohio -- A lawsuit filed by the executive director of Undergraduate Student Senate against the Daily Kent Stater and Kent State University was dismissed because it was filed in the wrong court.

Executive Director D'Andra Mull filed the suit for intentional infliction of emotional distress in the Portage County Court of Common Pleas on Dec. 11. But because Kent State, a state institution, is a defendant in the suit, the suit must be filed in the state Court of Claims.
