young Philippines Air Force pilot said after touching down at a palm-
fringed army base on this island. ''Now we are using it to try to
track down the Abu Sayyaf,'' he added, referring to the Muslim separatist
guerrillas said to be linked to Osama bin Laden's Al Qaeda terrorist
