Home Users aren't So Satisfied with Their Mobile Phones

CHINA, Jan 25, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- Generally speaking, market competition forces enterprises to try their best to improve products quality and services. However, China's mobile phones users haven't yet benefited from this "law".

According to a research recently conducted by DATASEA (a market research company), the satisfaction index of mobile phones users is surprisingly low -- not only much lower than that of household commodities like air conditioners and PC, but even lower than that of some commercial IT products such as commercial computers.
