RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 28 (IPS) -- Orange juice exporters in Brazil say that protectionist policies in the industrialized North block their exports, deprive developing countries of investment, and make it impossible for them to pay their workers more money. Since 1996, two large Brazilian orange juice companies, Cutrale and Citrosuco, have been producing part of their juice in Florida, where they purchased local plants.
