World Anti-Doping Agency chairman Dick Pound urged the international
governing body in athletics to expel USA Track & Field for refusing
to identify athletes who fail doping tests.
The International Amateur Athletics Federation or the U.S. Olympic
Committee should take action against the American federation, Pound
said Monday.
"You need to have rules," he told The Associated Press. "USA Track
& Field, as a member of the international federation, has to follow
