Dateline: SALT LAKE CITY World Anti-Doping Agency chairman Dick Pound urged the international governing body in athletics to expel USA Track & Field for refusing to identify athletes who fail doping tests.

The International Amateur Athletics Federation or the U.S. Olympic Committee should take action against the American federation, Pound said Monday.
