Vic: Hulls won't release legal advice

Victorian Attorney-General ROB HULLS says he won't release the legal advice he was given on why advisers should be excused from testifying before a parliamentary inquiry.

Nor will he discuss its content.

Four ministerial advisers had been subpoenaed to attend an inquiry yesterday into the appointment of one of Premier STEVE BRACKS' friends to a government job.
