New Jersey has raised hundreds of thousands of fish just large enough to fill a dinner plate, give or take room for a baked potato. Problem is, the drought is quickly sucking the last drops out of the streams, rivers, reservoirs, and lakes where the state usually stocks these tasty fellows in time for trout season.
