IT SEEMS Nguyen Thi Nga does not have time to relax. The general director
of King's Valley Corporation has, in the last few years, been constantly
trying to improve Dong Mo golf course to bring it up to international
standard.
When Ngan Anh Co Limited bought out all stakes in the course from
its
Thai partner two years ago, it was in poor condition. Dong Mo course,
a
$21 million property on an area of 350 hectares, even lacked electricity
and telephones.
The unsealed roads on the course were tortuous. This problem was
exacerbated by periodic submersion in water because investors had
not paid
