President Bush is traveling to Peru today, continuing a tour of Latin
America that touches down in Mexico, El Salvador as well as Peru.
Mr. Bush spent the past two days in Monterrey, Mexico, where he said
the United States will increase foreign aid to fight poverty. The
US and Mexico also unveiled a new agreement aimed at improving border
security between the two countries. And while the focus of Mr. Bush'
s trip is Latin America, he spent most of his time at a brief press
