Dateline: NEW YORK Buffeted by allegations that it flouted anti-doping rules, USA Track and Field faces a U.S. Olympic Committee resolution that would revoke its national and Olympic standing if it fails to comply by Aug. 31.

The USOC board, which meets in Boston April 20-21, will vote on the ultimatum proposed by its membership and credentials committee after a recent review.

The committee found that the USATF is "not in compliance" with anti- doping requirements as an Olympic organization and a national governing body and must address a number of other issues, including accounting and financial procedures.
