Peter Sauer had 19 points and Stanford made 14 3-pointers and withstood a furious second-half rally to extend the nations longest winning streak to 16 games.
Arthur Lee added 17 points as Stanford (16-0, 5-0 Pac-10) extended its home winning streak to 20 games and broke a four-game winning streak by UCLA (13-3, 4-2).
Kris Johnson had 20 points for UCLA, while Jelani McCoy had 19, Toby Bailey 18 and J.R. Henderson 17.
The Bruins trailed by 18 points at halftime but rallied within one with 12:40 left despite having point guard Baron Davis on the bench with four fouls, but never caught the Cardinal.
