An investor group with a combined 23-per-cent interest in Post Publishing Plc - the publisher of the Bangkok Post - will demand three seats on its board of directors today. The proposal will be presented to the company's annual shareholders' meeting today, said Chatchai Yenbamrung, the representative of the shareholder group.
