Vic: Audit reveals real estate agent breaches
MELBOURNE, May 4 AAP - A Victorian government audit has revealed
that dozens of real
estate agents may have acted unlawfully by misusing trust money and
failing to conduct
police checks on staff.
The Age newspaper reports that more than 500 agents have been investigated
since the
government started the inspection program in October.
