COLMES: Welcome back to HANNITY & COLMES. Finally tonight, a high school journalist is suing his school district in California for violating his right of free speech. Andrew Smith filed suit against the Nevada Unified School district last week alleging that his high school censored him and subjected him to public ridicule after a column he wrote for the school paper that criticized illegal immigration; another column accused some minorities of reverse racism against white people.
