SEREMBAN, Fri. - The High Court today ordered the owners of a
Caribbean- registered tanker, MV Mount, to view a video footage of
the sunken Madras- registered cargo vessel, ICL Vikraman, before
taking any further action.
Judge Datuk Mohd Noor Abdullah decided in chambers, that the
defendant, MV Mount, view the video footage first before considering
sending a team of divers down to the plaintiff's vessel, ICL
Vikraman, which sank off Port Dickson waters in September last year.
The defendants had filed an application on Jan 16 to dive and conduct
a survey of the Vikraman.
