MADRID, Spain (AP) _ Police have found 10 of 17 artworks stolen last
year from the collection of a Spanish billionaire, including paintings
by Goya, Pissarro and Brueghel, the interior minister said Saturday.
The robbers took the 17 paintings and archaeological pieces from the
home of construction tycoon Esther Koplowitz in August 2001, in the
biggest art heist in Spain's history. The works had been piled in
a room while construction was being done elsewhere.
