China Life Insurance Will Invite Foreign Capital
CHINA, Jun 26, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- China Life Insurance
Company expressed lately that they was seeking for a foreign company
which was large in scale, influential and complementary with China
Life Insurance Company to cooperate with.
The insiders unveiled that the decision to invite foreign capital
has been already set by the high ranking officials of the company,
and the proportion of participating share of foreign capital would
reach the upper-limit of 25. Currently, the company was negotiating
with many foreign financial institutions, including Citibank U.S.,
and Lehman Brothers' Group.
