Finance firm seeks Bt1.2 bn from IPO Mida Assets, the provincial consumer-finance provider, is poised to list on the Stock Exchange of Thailand by the second quarter of next year, its chief said. The company plans to raise Bt1.2 billion by allocating 30 million initial-public-offering (IPO) shares at Bt10 par value, its managing director Kamol Leosivikul said. Before the IPO process takes place, the company will double its registered capital from Bt200 million to Bt400 million next month. Asset Plus is the financial adviser for the deal.
