Ogden. I am Director of the Florida Institute of Oceanography (FIO) and Professor of Biology at the University of South Florida. We are a 17-member consortium of universities, agencies, and marine laboratories, which operates two ships and a marine laboratory and administers and leverages funding for inter- institutional projects in research and education on coral reefs and in coastal oceans in Florida and the greater Caribbean Sea. ...
