a cargo plane over Germany yesterday

ROBERT SIEGEL, host:
Swiss air traffic controllers have revised their account of the moments
before yesterday's plane collision over Germany. Officials now say
a Russian airplane had about a minute's warning before crashing into
a cargo plane. Swiss officials had initially said they gave the Russian
pilot about two minutes' advance notice. Seventy-one people died
in the crash, including 52 Russian children.
