Department of Commerce Committee on House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee
on Oversight and Investigations July 9, 2002 Mr. Chairman, members
of the
Committee, I am honored to appear before you today to discuss the
critical
infrastructure protection activities proposed for transfer to the
new Department
of Homeland Security. I look forward to discussing with you the important
