Four Pakistani crew members sought
DESTREHAN, La., Jul 15, 2002 (United Press International via COMTEX)
-- Four Pakistani crew members were sought by U.S. immigration officials
Monday after they allegedly left a grain freighter docked in Louisiana
without authorization.
The four Pakistani nationals were not believed to be involved in terrorist
activity but they were not supposed to leave the ship at any U.S.
port, according to Michael Gonzales, assistant chief of the Border
Patrol in New Orleans.
The men were working aboard the Little Lady P., a Malta-flagged vessel
that was docked at Destrehan on the Mississippi River west of New
