A phone hook-up of Australian Democrats Senators will consider the future of Democrat-in-exile ANDREW MURRAY tomorrow ahead of any potential action against him.

Senator MURRAY is understood to have responded late today to a party ultimatum to either return to his frontbench role or leave the party.
