Awami League President and Leader of the Opposition in Parliament Sheikh Hasina yesterdays strongly condemned police raid in the residence of party presidium member Amir Hossain Amu in the city and ransacking of furniture as well as misbehaviour with the inmates on Wednesday night.

The Awami League Chief also strongly protested the arrest of former AL legislator Kamal Ahmed Mazumdar and Bhola district Juba League leader Mizanur Rahman Mizan.
