Nick Mormando of Levittown, N.Y., and the late Lowell Jackson of Dallas have been elected to the American Bowling Congress Hall of Fame.

Mormando gained election in the Meritorious Service section and Jackson in the Veteran Bowler category.

Mormando, 75, has been in the sport more than 50 years, and still owns bowling centers in New York and Florida. Over the years he has owned more than a dozen centers, and served as president of the Bowling Proprietors Association of America from 1974-76. He was a pioneer in the ...
