RENEE MONTAGNE, host:
This is MORNING EDITION from NPR News. I'm Renee Montagne.
Vice President Dick Cheney, again, has made a case for pre-emptive
military action against Iraq and its leader, Saddam Hussein; this
time, in a speech delivered yesterday to Korean War veterans in San
Antonio.
Vice President DICK CHENEY: (From yesterday) There is no doubt that
Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt

our allies and against us.
