Vice President Dick Cheney, again, has made a case for pre-emptive military action against Iraq and its leader, Saddam Hussein; this time, in a speech delivered yesterday to Korean War veterans in San Antonio.

Vice President DICK CHENEY: (From yesterday) There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction. There is no doubt that he is amassing them to use them against our friends, against our allies and against us.
