ISRAELIS can still join the refurbished Queen Elizabeth II when it stops in Haifa on March 30 on its way around the world. According to Ophir Tours, just a taste of luxury - a four-night sailing to Istanbul - starts at 495. Prices for the 18-night leg to New York, with stops in six ports, start at 2,225.
