ONE of the tightest soccer championship races of recent years will only be decided on the last day of the season next weekend, after yesterday's round of matches failed to produce any decisive results affecting the title and relegation battles.

With the gap at the top remaining unchanged at just two points, second-place Maccabi Haifa will have to win at home against relegation threatened Hapoel Beit She'an and hope that leaders Maccabi Tel Aviv falter against Hapoel Beersheba in the Negev.
