Thank you, Senators Breaux and Craig. I would like to thank the Committee
for calling this hearing today on disease management. Our company,
AdvancePCS,
has been creating and implementing disease management programs to
improve
the delivery of healthcare in this country for many years. We are
pleased
that the Congress is interested in integrating disease management
into
the Medicare program and look forward to working with you as you begin
