Dateline: GENEVA Swiss voters Sunday rejected sharing the windfall of a multibillion- dollar gold sale with people in extreme need abroad. The chief opponent, nationalist politician Christoph Blocher, said the referendum proved the Swiss were immune to foreign blackmail.
