Overseas Tourists Entry Keeps Increasing in August

BEIJING, Sep 24, 2002 (AsiaPort via COMTEX) -- In August the number of overseas tourists entering into our country increased by 10.06, comparing with that of last August.

Data from China National Tourism Administration (CNTA) show that the entry of overseas tourists amounted to 8.9068 millions person times in this August. From January to August 2002, the total number of overseas tourists entered amounted to 64.228 millions person times, increased by 10.03 than that of the same period of last year.
