Imagine the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus shrinking from giant
rings full of costumed elephants, deafening music and electrifying high-wire
acts into a one-act play in your neighbor's basement starring Fido the
dog.

In years past the fall event filled the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center
