Later today, Democrats are expected to ask the US Supreme Court to
stay out of the legal battle that could affect the future of the US
Senate. On Wednesday, the New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that the
Democratic Party could replace its original Senate candidate, Robert
Torricelli, with former Senator Frank Lautenberg. Now Republicans
