-- In an exclusive interview with United Press International, Lebanese
President Emile Lahoud discussed the crisis between his country and
Israel over waters of the Wazzani River -- a dispute that required
U.S. mediation to prevent possible escalation on the Lebanese-Israeli
border -- and that comes at a time when the Bush administration wants
to concentrate on Iraq. Lahoud also tackled the possibility of an
