The US policy on Iraq is affected by last night's revelation about
a nuclear weapons program in North Korea. The White House revealed
that Pyongyang has admitted to developing nuclear weapons and to possession
of weapons of mass destruction. The 1994 pact negotiated by the Clinton
administration is now declared null and void unilaterally by North
