Zambian President Levy Mwanawasa was resting Friday after being diagnosed
with bronchitis, officials said.
Mwanawasa, who had been traveling extensively throughout the country
the last week and a half, was responding well to medication to fight
the chest infection, his spokesman Arthur Yoyo said.
