We continue now with our report on how last year's terrorist attacks
changed the Bush administration's view of the world. September 11th
did not alter the fundamental attitudes of the administration, but
as NPR's Mike Shuster reports, it did sharpen the resolve of the president
and his team to pursue their goals.
