that there are more than 80 million cases of food poisoning annually
in the United States. Those are only the reported cases; many are
just dismissed as a case of the flu.
It is important, as a college student, to be aware of the many risks
that can turn harmless and delicious food into a bout of hugging the
toilet. No matter how tasty the spaghetti may have been, seeing it
twice in the same day is not fun. Sometimes it will land the chef
in the hospital.
