The America's Cup jury said Thursday it will wait until the Cup's
Arbitration Panel rules on an action to have Seattle's OneWorld Challenge
expelled from the challenger series.
The jury was to meet next week to consider a protest from New York'
s Team Dennis Conner which alleges OneWorld breached sailing's rules
of fair play and should be disqualified from the challenge competition
and the Cup match.
Team Dennis Conner and Prada of Italy have also filed an application
to the Arbitration Panel to have OneWorld disqualified for breaching
articles of the America's Cup Protocol _ its governing document.
