Defending league champion Juventus tumbled to its first season loss
Sunday, an upset 2-0 defeat at Roberto Baggio's lowly Brescia, slipping
to fourth place in the Serie A standings, three points behind AC Milan,
which downed AS Roma in Saturday's action.
Brescia, which was one player down in the closing minutes, got the
decisive late goals for its first home win this season from international
forwards Markus Schopp and Igli Tare.
It was a sensational outcome at Brescia Rigamonti stadium since La
Juve was the clear favorite and had started the match with high hopes
to tie the Milan powerhouse at the top of the table.
