IT HAS BEEN a privilege to serve the people of Bergen County as the
county executive over the past 12 years. The residents of New Jersey'
s largest county have given me the opportunity of a lifetime and it
has been an honor to be in your service.
As my final term comes to a close, I have found myself reflecting
on my tenure and the memories that I will take with me for the rest
of my life. In the end, my most significant memories are not of the
sweeping changes my administration brought ...
