Dateline: KAUNAKAKAI, Hawaii The first visit by a luxury cruise ship to a rural Hawaiian island was spoiled Saturday by rough water and windy conditions that prevented 1,200 passengers from coming ashore _ even as demonstrators gathered to protest the arrival.
