Dateline: MILAN, Italy Crosstown rivals AC Milan and Inter Milan, tied atop the Serie A standings after 16 rounds, are approaching the midseason target this weekend at a record pace, with high hopes and chances to bring back the league title to Italy's financial and soccer capital.
