CONRAD: First of all, thank you for being here. We thought
we
would give you our initial impression of what the president has proposed.
As you can imagine, we just received this this morning, so we have
a good
deal of analysis left to be done.
Let me just say, my first reaction is, this budget is stunning
in
its lack of fiscal responsibility. What the president is proposing
will
push us even deeper into deficit and debt right ...
