"Pasticcio" is the Italian word for things that are put together in
a messy fashion and in no particular order. In Italian cuisine, the
same word is used to describe baked pasta dishes layered with different
kinds of sauces and fillings.
I love baked pastas during the wintertime. Traditional lasagna is
always a favorite in my house, especially among the grandchildren.
