Dateline: NEW YORK Philip Morris USA said Tuesday it will move its New York City offices to Richmond, Virginia, over the next 15 months, at a cost of about $120 million. The company said the move will eventually save $60 million a year.

The domestic tobacco subsidiary of Altria Group Inc. said the relocation will affect 682 workers, or about 5 percent of its employees.
