A man suffering from a brain injury who was arrested 2 miles (3 kilometers)
from the White House with a car full of guns and ammunition has been
allowed to return home under a plea deal, his lawyer said Tuesday.
Jeffrey Cloutier, 33, pleaded guilty Friday in Washington to carrying
a pistol without a license, unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful
possession of ammunition.
He was released to his family's care on three years' probation on
condition that he stay on his medication, be assessed by a behavioral
health center and cooperate with treatment, ...
