CN Domain Names Surging in China
SHENYANG, Mar 25, 2003 (SinoCast via COMTEX) -- CNNIC currently published
a report saying that the registration of Chinese domestic domain name
.CN reached 280,000 up to March 18, 2003, in which 180,000 are third
level domain names and 100,000 are second level domain names. Noticeably,
there are nearly 20,000.COM.CN registers from overseas companies
and 40,000 of .CN.
The industry analysts say many domestic brand names have not been
