U.N. regional group meetings on Iraq

UNITED NATIONS, Mar 31, 2003 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- As a prelude to a series of regional group meetings on Iraq, U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan held a meeting with the Arab Group Monday in which they discussed the oil-for-for-food program, Friday's Security Council resolution and how to implement it "and the situation on the ground," he said.
